  1. Construction and construction-related services, hotels and restaurants, industrial and private cleaning services, surveillance and security services as well as the itinerant trade and sex industry
  2. Construction and construction-related services, landscaping services, industrial cleaning services, surveillance and security services
  3. hotels and restaurants, private cleaning services, itinerant trade and sex industry

Service provider's country of origin

The country of origin is the country in which the company posting the worker has its registered office.

EU 27 / EFTA:   Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK
Croatia: Croatia *
Third country: All other countries, such as the USA, Canada, Russia, India and China

* General services up to 90 actual work days are subject to the notification procedure. Notification must be submitted eight days before beginning work. Permit L EU/EFTA (a short-stay permit) must be obtained for construction and construction-related services, landscaping services, surveillance and security services and industrial cleaning services provided on 90 actual work days per calendar year or less.
